    Les Schwedenlöcher sont une section particulièrement passionnante et mon point culminant personnel en Suisse saxonne. Cette section doit son nom à la guerre de Trente Ans, lorsque les agriculteurs du village de Rathenwalde s'y sont réfugiés pour échapper aux soldats suédois et aux occupants du village. À mon avis, le plus beau sentier de gorges de la Suisse saxonne que je connaisse. Ce sentier particulièrement sauvage a quelque chose de presque féerique et on a parfois l'impression d'être dans la jungle.
