    Le Höhenburg est situé sur une colline du Hoher Fläming à la limite sud-ouest de la ville de district de Bad Belzig dans le district de Potsdam-Mittelmark dans le Brandebourg. La colline sur laquelle se trouve le château s'appelle Bricciusberg. À environ 50 mètres au sud-ouest du château se trouve la petite église Saint-Briccius et une vaste forêt.

    Le château d'Eisenhardt, vieux de plus de mille ans et qui marque le début de la randonnée des châteaux, domine Bad Belzig. Le complexe fortifié bien conservé abrite aujourd'hui, entre autres, un magasin de ferme avec un café et un hôtel. Lors de la visite du château, vous atteindrez également le donjon de 28 mètres de haut, d'où vous pourrez profiter d'une vue phénoménale sur Bad Belzig et le paysage environnant.
