E-Bike-Touren im Westerwald: Altenkirchener Radrundweg
ᵂᴱᴿᴮᵁᴺᴳ Meine zweite Westerwald-Erkundung beginne ich in Altenkirchen, dem “nördlichen Tor zum Westerwald”. Dank des Stadtparks befinde ich mich bereits kurz nach Start mitten im Grünen. E-Bike-Touren im Westerwald: Rundtour ab Bad Marienberg
ᵂᴱᴿᴮᵁᴺᴳ Für die erste Radtour starte ich direkt im Zentrum der Stadt Bad Marienberg. Mit über 500 Höhenmetern (auf rund 45 km) fällt die direkt mal etwas hügeliger aus, bietet dafür aber auch ganz besonders viele schöne Panoramablicke über die abwechslungsreiche und weitläufige Hügellandschaft des Westerwalds.

ᵂᴱᴿᴮᵁᴺᴳ For the first bike tour, I start right in the center of the town of Bad Marienberg. With over 500 meters of elevation gain (over approximately 45 km), it's a bit hilly, but it also offers a particularly beautiful panoramic view of the diverse and expansive hilly landscape of the Westerwald.

If you ride this loop last, it may seem easy compared to the first two. The elevation gain is a little less, even if some climbs will give you a hard time, and the trail does not present any technical difficulties.

The longest of the three loops starts from the small historic town of Hadamar, located in the south-east of the Westerwald region. The route unfolds in the middle of large forests, agricultural fields and along vast meadows dedicated to breeding, especially horses, always intrigued by our strange mounts

I particularly enjoyed my third, longest, and final e-bike tour in the Westerwald. For this route, I combined various tourist bike routes into a circular tour. It starts in Haiger, right next to the BikeGarage, where I borrowed my bike for the day: bikegarage-haiger.de.
