Wanted to find out a bit about East Belgium 🙂. East Belgium has a lot to offer. Moors, rugged brook valleys and forest, forest, forest. Ideal for leaving the hustle and bustle behind and enjoying nature and tranquility (of course there must also be a bit of MTB trail fun 😎). Started in southern Eupen

Just back from vacation (mountain biking in the Harz Mountains) and thought I had to get back on my racing bike. No experiments and just up the Rhine towards Remagen. Great weather and actually quite a few on the way. Just enjoying the wind and the view and somehow I needed the speed and the asphalt

Today it was really hot, but I really wanted to go back to the big tubers. High "over the paths". It was still tough and pretty steep at the end. Above first a non-alcoholic wheat. Luckily I had enough water with me (34 degrees) - the wheat alone wouldn't have been enough 😬. Great view to the south

Great late summer weather and a classic for me. I like the combination of nature and locally concentrated industry. Münstereifel still has a bit to nibble on, but it's moving in the right direction. I think. Oh summer, stay!
