Is the Cais da Jorna monument the same as the Fishermen's Monuments found in other countries?

No, the Cais da Jorna monument in Vila Franca de Xira, Portugal, is distinct from other 'Fishermen's Monuments' found globally, such as those in Seattle or Gloucester, USA.
