En medio de los establos del castillo, el Club de los Vosgos construyó en 1909 la Torre Mündel, de 17 m de altura, una torre mirador que lleva el nombre de Curt Mündel, presidente honorario del Club de los Vosgos. Para construir la torre se utilizó material pétreo del castillo abandonado.
