    Bajando por el valle de Samson hacia Goyet, tras atravesar el pueblo de Faulx, descubrimos a la izquierda un auténtico castillo de cuento. Construido a finales del siglo XIII en estilo gótico, el castillo se deterioró considerablemente desde finales de la Edad Media hasta su restauración en el siglo XIX por el arquitecto Henri Beyaert que conservó sus antiguas torres y rehizo la fachada izquierda en estilo renacido. Tras el terrible incendio de 1961, el antiguo edificio principal del lado norte fue sustituido por la actual galería. Curiosidad: a unos pasos, un antiguo molino del siglo XVIII.
