The snowshoe trail leads over the historic "Alter Schwyzerweg", which was laid out in the 14th century as the shortest connecting path between Yberg and Schwyz. Moorland, alpine meadows and an imposing mountain backdrop characterize the area.

Fast-paced sliding fun at the foot of the Grosse Mythen: the route runs from the Rotenfluebahn mountain station to the Rätigs middle station. A steeper section at the beginning and a winding passage in the forest provide variety. Nevertheless, there is enough time to enjoy the panorama of the foothills of the Alps.
