Very nice tour with a few tough calf biters. Beautiful views with beautiful authentic villages. Well signposted with cycle junctions and very quiet roads.

Vierset Castle is a castle located in the territory of the Belgian commune of Modave, in the province of Liège, and whose first construction dates from the 11th century.

Haltinne Castle is a castle-farm built in the 17th century for Gérard de Groesbeek, future prince-bishop of Liège. It has four imposing towers and a moat. Halfway between Namur and Liège and crossed by the Meuse lies Huy, a Belgian town in the heart of Wallonia. This Meuse town has a remarkable architectural heritage and hiking trails that invite you to unwind. The town of Huy is known for “four wonders”, which characterize the historical heritage of the town and which still fills it with pride today. Two remain today: Li Bassinia, a 15th-century fountain, and Li Rondia, a 9-meter-diameter rose window in the Notre-Dame collegiate church. With the name Huy painted in big white letters on the road, you can't miss it. The Mur de Huy is a must. This hill owes its nickname of wall, because it has a 26% inclination in a bend! The Flèche wallonne cycling race ends at its summit.
