The Lech weir 19 – Schwabstadl is a weir on the Lech River between Landsberg am Lech and Augsburg, located at river kilometer 71.9 within the municipality of Scheuring in the district of Landsberg am Lech. The Lochbach stream flows very closely parallel to the Lech River through the floodplain forest. A 2.5 km nature trail has been created here, perfect for hiking or cycling.

The Lech is one of the last wild rivers in the Alps. It is known for its clear, turquoise water, created by minerals and low water temperatures. The river once played an important role as a transport route. Today, it is used to generate electricity.

The Calvary in Klosterlechfeld was built in 1719 by the Franciscan Father Sebastian Höß and stands directly next to the Maria Hilf pilgrimage church. It consists of a circular structure with the Mount of Olives and the Holy Sepulchre within, as well as a crucifixion group on the platform. The Calvary is a place of worship and a popular destination for walkers and pilgrims. Restored several times, most recently in 2017, it is now a striking spiritual and historical landmark in the town center.

The Maria Hilf pilgrimage church in Klosterlechfeld was founded around 1603 by Regina von Imhof and soon developed into an important place of pilgrimage. In 1624, Franciscans took over the care of the pilgrims and established a monastery next to the church. The current building dates from the 18th century and impresses with its Baroque rotunda form, elaborate Rococo stucco work, and colorful ceiling frescoes. Opposite the church is Calvary Hill, with its Stations of the Cross and three crosses, which completes the spiritual ensemble. To this day, the church remains a place of worship and a destination for pilgrims and culture-loving visitors.
