Im Mariapark steht eine der 15 Kapellen, die über das Gemeindegebiet verteilt sind. Sie sind die stillen Zeugen der Marienverehrung in Vosselaar. Diese älteste Kapelle wurde 1925 erbaut, um die steinerne Statue der Muttergottes unterzubringen, die seit 1890 im Freien stand. Die Statue ist eine Kopie der wundertätigen Statue in der Liebfrauenkirche.
