    Die Berghütte Bagnour liegt im Herzen des bezaubernden Alevé-Waldes, dem größten Zirbenwald Italiens, auf 2.017 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel. Es verfügt über zwanzig Betten und vierundzwanzig Sitzplätze im Innenbereich und bietet Halb- oder Vollpension an. Die Schutzhütte ist von Mitte Juni bis Mitte September täglich geöffnet, von September bis Juni auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen (unter der Woche nur mit Reservierung).

    Die Berghütte Bagnour ist das ideale Ziel für Tagesausflüge oder als Ausgangspunkt für mehrtägige Touren wie den Giro del Monviso.

    Atemberaubender Zirbenwald, eher einzigartig als selten. Der Lac de Bagnour ist eher ein Torfmoor als ein See, aber er ist ein herrlicher Ort und die nahegelegene Berghütte Bagnour ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt. Dank der Schutzhütte können auch Mehrtagestouren organisiert werden, wie etwa die Durchquerung des gesamten Alevé-Waldes in Richtung Sampeyre mit Rückfahrt über Colle di Luca und das Vallone dei Duc (oder umgekehrt), der Aufstieg zur Cima delle Lobbie oder Alternativrouten zur klassischen Tour auf den Monviso, die immer durch das Vallone dei Duc führen.
