    Das in einem Gotteshaus Hühner gehalten werden, dürfte außerhalb von "Santo Domingo de la Calzada" wohl nirgends sonst vorkommen, aber hier - in dieser am Camino Frances gelegenen Kathedrale - ist es eine bis heute lebendig erhaltene Tradition.
