This stage is also very varied, but unlike the 1st stage of the Allgäu cycle tour, the landscape is no longer as beautiful. The signposting is very good, except in Memmingen, here it gets a bit confused.
Memmingen itself is a very beautiful city, as is Ottobeuren. In both places it is worth taking a break

A dreamlike landscape. You leave Füssen to the north and leave the Alps behind you. Along the Forggensee there is a longer piece of gravel directly along the lake, if you don't like this, you can take the signposted racing bike alternative. I got along there very well with my racing bike. The landscape

A wonderful tour, on the way back a wonderful bike path along the Afte all the time. The dam is very calm and you can have a nice break there. On the way there are 2 decent climbs, but you can do it well. In Alme you can pass the bakery and stock up on food. ;-)

Mountain cyclists get their money's worth on this stage. In Wangen you have reached the lowest point and you can expect a steep, longer climb. Once at the top you will be rewarded with a panoramic view that will keep your mouth open again and again. When the view is clear, the Alps appear very close
