For the fourth tour with @PISSEI we have a tenth anniversary ride on the UCI Road World Championships course - with a little added extra. By which, of course, we mean beautiful back roads that only the locals know plus coffee and food!

Nothing too technical here though: we will discover the bike paths that run along the river Arno, first the flat part from Florence to Signa, past Montelupo Fiorentino and then along the River Pesa. The second ride with @PISSEI may not have you in a calorie deficit but with 80km and nearly 1000m gain, you'll earn all the delicious treats in the highlights! We set off from the Z-Adventure Lab and got loaded up on pastries and coffee at Pasticceria Gualtieri on the way out of the city.

For the fifth @PISSEI tour we took ourselves to the smaller and lesser-known Chianti town of San Polo (careful with the spelling, one "L" only as two "pollo" means chicken!). With 500m elevation gain in 50km it's one of the lighter rides we do, although some locals use the 40km loop from Grassina as
