There and back to the regatta course - this was the starting point for the mini triathlon with Klaus today.
Started early in the morning with morning dew and fog and jumped into the lake in the best bathing weather - wonderful!

Perfect round with Klaus around some lakes in our home. We started walking when the sun was fighting its way through the early morning mist and tickling out the morning dew. We arrived at the perfect temperature to jump straight into the waters of the regatta course.

No idea 🤔 but 13 degrees in the Westerwald feel very different despite the sun ☀️ than in Bavaria. That was probably 3 degrees, which is why I had to run so fast 😂🤣😂

In the best Westerwald weather, I was washed through to the bones and in doing so, my blue Saucony with 12km under 5min / km was the last honor. Was that a great run 🤩
