Even though it was the third time for me in a long time, it was still a great experience. The black E led mostly through the beautiful Spessart forest (ideal in these temperatures!). The route was very varied, with some "classic MTB sections🤗" included. But our group "rocked" it😉. A delicious picnic

Today there was a lot in and on the calves .... in = sore muscles on = sunburn

Today we walked the Levadas das 25 Fontes way. Our borrowed Punto struggled to get to the starting point. In first gear and with a lot of howling we arrived at the parking lot. Attention... free-roaming cows. The path as we walked it is exhausting (after Covid and with many steps 🫢🫢)

Today we cycled across Switzerland in glorious sunshine. Today we passed the places where the Rhine flows into Lake Constance and where it leaves it again. There are so many beautiful towns, so I won't list them all here. There were lots of festivals on the promenades. On the way we visited a sand sculpture
