In Formula 1 they would probably speak of a rain battle. Min 2/3 of the way rain and then occasional dribbles.

At >+35 degrees C in Artern I briefly thought of doing the rest by train. But then I would not have experienced this almost pulling suspension bridge. And in the heat, I was the only one there. My water consumption was 4 liters over these almost 100 km 😏
