Our girls (10 and 13) liked it a lot. But be careful: the tour is quite blocky in sections. But hardly ever exposed.

Absolutely terrible how the Valais sacrificed the formerly great footpaths for agricultural improvement. Therefore I cannot recommend this descent

The return trip on the footpath is highly recommended for good drivers, both in terms of landscape and driving technique

The footpaths below the Alps, which are accessible by railways, are unfortunately very neglected. But very good drivers will find fun here.
