At the end I shortened the official tour by 2 km because I missed a turn. It was still a great day.
P.S.: The public hiking day in Allendorf is every year on the 3rd Sunday in September.

I spent 4.50 euros on the climb to the cape and enjoyed the chairlift adventure. I climbed 100 metres in altitude while sitting.😊

Take the bus from Egmond aan Zee to Bergen (Plein). Be careful to check whether the paths are passable in case of flooding. At the end of the tour there is a restaurant and then another bus stop. From there it is a 10 minute bus ride to Egmond an Zee.

By (taxi)bus from Attendorn to Valbert. From there back to Attendorn via Höhenflug. A really beautiful hike.
