We started the circular route on the Roter Hang in Kronberg. It goes down into Kronberg's old town along the yew grove of the castle, past the Hellhof and down one of the narrow old town stairs into Eichenstrasse. About 100m after the Eichentor, the path branches off to the left onto the Philosophenweg

The starting point for this beautiful hiking trail, on which you can also find out more about the life of the Celts in the Taunus, is the footbridge at the Taunus information center. Countless stations and information signs along the way provide information about the former Celtic city at this point.

The car park in Le Saillant is the ideal starting point for this leisurely hike. Here you can visit the beautiful waterfall at the end. The path leads up to an alpine pasture and is just a narrow path in front of it. From there it goes down to Le Lac. Here is a small holiday home area and a fishing lake

This route has slightly gentler ascents and descents. The Kaiserschmarrn at the Raineralm is highly recommended ☝️😉
