I saw that Walle is not that far from two military training areas in Bergen and Munster.
A few years ago I had the involuntary pleasure of being a "guest" twice at the military training area in Munster. 😉

I did this tour on 22.2.21 beautiful once. Unfortunately the water was still drained. Was then replenished in March so that there was enough oxygen. I labeled some pictures with MT and BM. One is the Meißendorfer ponds, the other the Bannetz Moor. Then a short detour to NABU, which was also worth it.

I would have liked to go even further along the Örtze. The meadows were too wet. It had frozen overnight, which was the only reason why it was possible to get to the shore in some places. Conclusion: Wellington boots would have been helpful. Greetings from Walle
