Obviously, none of us are made for four days of just beach time, so we hop on our bikes and stroll to the furthest point of the peninsula.
There we enjoy a drink, fries, and a sandwich, and then we head back, because we're missing the beach a little bit.

True to the motto "early bird"...we're in the car at 8:30 a.m. to drive to the ferry dock.
There we hop on the ferry and chug towards Venice.
