Sort hilly loop with gravel and double track through farmland and some single track. We stealth camped near a horse camp. It poured next day. We stopped for hot tea after completing the route.

Weekend getaway to my brother's in Queens, NY. It was fun trip except riding through Bronx. Plus the city was really hot. The concrete reflected the heat. The next day we came back through Long Island and took the ferry to CT.

We modified the VT Growler as we ran out of time. The VT climbs and slow double track slowed us down as we were still quite inexperienced in bikepacking. Again we stealth camped. Some of the route is a bushwack as road ended and we just decided to continue through wooded area. It added to the adventure

It was April and the weather was still cooler. Some days were sunny and some rainy. The wind towards the end of our trip was very strong, pushing us off the road. The Erie Canal Tow Path is mostly paved. The gravel portions of the trail were a struggle during rain. The ground just tried to pull our tires

My first solo three day bikepack. I loved the route. It was a mix of gravel, double track, single track and paved. Challenging at places, but nothing too bad. At least not for a fat bike. I got some rain the first night and I thought I heard a bear. Camped in Green Mountains campground. The forest trails
