The way via Grenzach-Wylen-Riehen-Weil-Haltingen is nicer than via Basel .... use the road when going up to Ötlingen (from Haltingen), cycle path is steep at times and rough dirt road... in Ötlingen recommendation! Cafe Inka, beautiful courtyard, is open Thu-Sun 11+18, small dishes, nice cakes 🙂

Beautiful tour, only a little canton road ... steep road to Kästhal, later about 3 km of dirt road

From Ötlingen to Wiese along a beautiful path, then urban, has bicycle lanes, but a lot of traffic, better again from Hardwald
