Originally I wanted to hike into the wild gorge from Janov. There are no parking facilities there, all available parking spaces are reserved for hotels or residents. With direct access to the gorge is a small tipi village, there would theoretically be parking spaces, but there was a no-parking zone

Attention, the gorge is closed because the hiking trail I had indicated could no longer be found. I had no choice but to orientate myself on the gorge paths and find my way back there dead forest and you can't be sure whether the subsoil will give way in wind or rain and trees will fall. I started at the Belvedere viewpoint. The historical steps are better to walk up than down. Next to the car park then walk down the hiking trail to the right, also on a historical hiking trail until you come to the green hiking trail that always goes parallel to the road, keep sharp to the right. This

If you walk up through the burned area to the Prebischtor, you will realize the extent of the fire and also the luck that this special place was not destroyed. The ascent is easy, although not always pleasant due to the stones and high steps. It's very crowded at the top but it was nice to see it.
