Wanderung durch das Polenztal
Eigentlich war ein Rundweg geplant, aufgrund der Temperaturen und Omas Lauffähigkeiten wurde dieser zur reinen Talwanderung. Das Polenztal ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Zu den sieben Teichen
Kurzweilige Tour mit vielen Lehrtafeln rund um das Thema Wald. Warum der Lehrpfad "Zu den sieben Teichen" heißt, erschließt sich mir nicht - der Weg führt lediglich an 3 Teichen vorbei. Diese liegen aber idyllisch im Wald, ein paar nette Rastplätze und schöne Aussichten gibt es auch. Das Wasserspiel war…

Spreewaldtour vom Ferienhof nach Lübben
Der Hinweg war etwas holprig - kilometerlanger huckeliger Plattenweg und gesperrte Brücke 🤔 (da gibt's bestimmt auch eine entspanntere Alternative), dafür war der Rückweg umso schöner. In Lübben noch das Schlossmuseum besucht - sehr schöne Ausstellung! Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ausflug!

A small but nice Whit Monday walk through the Kammerforst to the Haselbacher ponds. The offspring found it too slow, but the "oldies" need to take it a little slower before it ends in a total failure again. Before we had to head home, we went through the beautiful Friedrichsgrund to Pillnitz. Our destination was the Wippler bakery... to eat delicious cakes and ice cream. Refreshed, we went back the same way, got in the car and headed home. It was a great ending.

It's actually a nice little town and we thought we could get some ice cream somewhere...hmm...no such luck. Well, we went back to Meuselwitz to the ice cream parlor on the market...and had some delicious strawberry and cream ice cream!
