Bevor der Schneeregen angesagt ist, noch schnell eine LL Runde am Waller. Der Schnee war noch einigermaßen gut 👍 Einkehr in Lieritzhofen, super Kotlett🤪👍

DAV 🥾3️⃣2️⃣ Abstieg von der Schmidt-Zabierow 🌧☔️bei Regen) - Lofer
Der Abstieg war sehr nass, rutschig alles andere als angenehm und die knapp 1200 hm eine echte Herausforderung 🫣🌧 Zeit bei den Verhältnissen ca 2 - 3 Std

GROßES Hinterhorn⛰️2500m und Klettersteig 🧗♂️nackerter Hund 1,5 Std sehr anspruchsvoll 👍
Es waren mindestens. 700 hm von der HÜTTE aus

DAV🥾3️⃣2️⃣ Abschlussfahrt – Schmidt-Zabierow-- Lofer
Vom Wander🅿️ oberhalb von Lofer gings los.
Sofort und durchgehend alpiner Steig knapp 1200 hm, heftig🫣 auf der Hütte ist Wasserknappheit, keine Dusche, und kein Strom, vor der Hütte ist manchmal WLAN. Frühstück und Essen sind ausreichend u gut.

🚴♀️ 2️⃣Tag 7 von GRADO zum Naturschutzgebiet 🦩🏖(Flamingos)
Ausflug ins Vogelreservat Naturschutzgebiet....sehr schön zu fahren.
Am Ende haben wir noch eine ganz besondere Badestelle gefunden, ein Träumchen👌🤗

A beautifully maintained cycle path along the sea to Trieste...we didn't see any flamingos at this point, but it was still beautiful...the swimming spot in the hidden lagoon was simply wonderful for a longer swim💥...there weren't any particularly inviting spots along the coast.

Sehr schöne entspannte Tour....viele nette Örtchen, Weinanbau, Palmanova sehr interessant, Ausgrabungen in Aquileia.....die Einfahrt nach Grado war schon toll....schönes Städtchen👍

🚴♀️2️⃣Von Salzburg nach Grado - Tag 5 -⛷️Saifnitz- BUJA (Chiusaforte🛤 -🍨Venzone - 🐔🥙🍝🧑🧑🧒BUJA)
Landschaftlich toll 👌, die alte Bahntrasse entlang, gigantische Ausblicke , zwei schöne Radlertreff....schön Strecke zum Genießen (Venzone hat uns als Zwischenstopp sehr gut gefallen 👍

🚴♀️2️⃣Von Salzburg nach Grado - Tag 3 -Schwarzach- ZIEBL🫂 -Gastein⬆️ (🚇 Böckstein-Mallnitz)- Spital -Millstätter See - 🐔🍝Ziebl
Die Tour mit dem Abstecher zum Millstätter See wurde zu lang, Akku musste 2× nachgeladen werden, ansonsten sehr schön👍

Many adventures with empty batteries, empty mobile phones....bike loading in Böckstein...continued in Mallnitz...detour via Lake Millstatt...finish in Ziebl...it was getting dark...many meters of elevation...we should have avoided the detour to Lake Millstatt and continued on the Alpe Adria Trail, but

From the hut at 1966 m we went up to the via ferrata🧗♀️ "naked dog" C/D (1.5 hours) very demanding T3/T5 in 3 places I and 2 other climbers definitely needed help with a rope, further on to the ✝️Mitterhorn summit at 2500 m, wonderful view👌⛰️ The tour overall was very beautiful👍 and demanding (tour
