From Monticchiello we headed towards Montepulciano. Below the day's destination, we first follow a beautiful cypress avenue to the Tempio di San Biagio below Montepulciano. I'll visit this beautiful church at a later date - it's worth it.

The first tour in the Val d'Orcia in southern Tuscany. From San Quirico d'Orcia it goes downhill at first; the typical cypresses quickly appear on the side of the road.

From Menaggio, you first take the ferry to Varenna and from there around the northern Lake Como back to Menaggio.

Test run to see if the flat tire holds after I used sealant spray.

We set off in sunshine, but it was a bit damp along the way, although apart from a short shower it was more of a drizzle.
The GPS kept breaking down along the way, which meant that some of the sections were very straight.
I had to push the bike the last 1.5 kilometers to the hotel because I had a flat tire.

Another tour near Finale Ligure.
First we went uphill again and finally on a long stretch that also led over three bridges from Roman times, down to the sea.
After a long break on the beach, the final stage to the starting point began, which included another 140 meters of elevation.

Min første cykeltur på det nye bosted - helt uden forudgående planlægning, men fulgte blot skiltene til Warendorf og derfra til Telgte.
