We only did a small part of the journey through time.

Started from the parking lot at the forest lake.
Pedestrian 60+ and active wheelchair user 60+
The gravel path up was the first challenge we managed.
On the other side we then tried to "hike" down using the paths on the height lines.
Unfortunately, this led us onto downhill mountain bike routes that we had

There were two of us walking up the slag heap.
Pedestrian 60+ and active wheelchair user 60+ 🧑🦽. We liked the marked red path. It was easy to manage.
Instead of the stairs, we used the asphalt road down. The gradient was quite strenuous with the wheelchair but doable.

Nice flat tour with a hand-recumbent bike (my partner) and a bike with a dog trailer

Here too, the last storm surge left behind considerable damage.
The Baltic Sea dike has already been largely repaired and rebuilt.
The path now needs to be reinforced a bit.
By the looks of things, it could work out by the summer season
We were at the top of the dike in frosty weather.
