We were near Ostrach in Upper Swabia, and through geocaching, we found another wonderful and interesting place. From the Bannwaldturm (Bannwald Tower), you have a fantastic view of the reed bed—it's only a 219-step climb. You can watch birds or relax on the benches below. The Reed Path is truly fantastic

On Saturday we were in Briel near Ehingen on the Danube. We were there to go geocaching. We found the nativity scene trail quite by chance. There were various nativity scenes on display. We explored Nagold. As well as geocaching, we visited the Kuhloch. Today an underpass, but previously an air raid shelter. We then went to the remains of the former spa.

Here we were in the upper Danube valley near Kolbing. The forest adventure trail is beautiful but has just been renovated, which is also necessary. We didn't go into the Kolbinger cave, I don't really like show caves 😁 A nice walk with a great view

Today we were in Denkendorf to try out the 2.5 km long and great marble run. We bought 2 marbles from the marble machine for 2 euros and the fun began. It's more for small children but we really enjoyed it too. We're old playful kids 😁

On Sunday we went to Hohenheim. The castle, the university, and a 16.5-hectare botanical garden. There's a lot of interesting history surrounding the castle and the university grounds. The gardens are beautifully landscaped. I highly recommend a visit.
