Since my company had a traditional day today, I used it to spend a morning free of silly noses.
It was a great tour with tough climbs and a gravel section so that you could get to the dam, which also did justice to the name of the tour.

Great tour that you can do as a long-distance hike thanks to the good public transport connection. From the middle of Lev just take the X24.

Visited all of Cologne's official Christmas markets today. It was humid and slightly unnerving at times. In particular, the Christmas markets at Neumarkt, Cathedral, Heumarkt and Alter Markt were actually no longer accessible. It was so packed that it wasn't fun anymore.

Due to the weather, we did a lap on the asphalt today and visited some of Cologne's sights. It started off quite hustling with lots of sensory impressions and photo opportunities through the city center. The highlight was of course the Melaten cemetery. I also found Ehrenfeld really worth seeing.

Leverkusen is perfect for such a round, as it actually has more varied districts than almost any other city. While the southwest is more industrial, the north and east offer more village charm.

It's been on my list for a very long time. I made it today. A very varied round around the highest point in Belgium (694m)
Enchanted brook valleys with very challenging paths, as well as the Hohe Venn with its vastness.
Everything packed in 17km route.

Perfect weather. Shoulder not quite OK yet. The Garmin is screaming at me to get off my ass. There's still work waiting for me at home 😄
