Beautiful circular tour; snowshoes are not necessary on the wide, groomed main paths, however, they are better suited for the smaller, narrow forest paths.

Schramberger Burgen - ein Genießerpfad vom Feinsten!
Wunderschöne Tour auf überwiegend schmalen, teilweise alpinen Pfaden. Ständig wechselndes Bergauf und Bergab. Schöne Aussichten auf Burgruinen und die Stadt Schramberg.
Völlig beeindruckt und begeistert waren wir von den vielfältigen Moosen und einzigartigen silbergrauen Rentierflechten an den Berghängen und in den Wäldern.

Start of our autumn hike: parking lot at Stockach train station.
The path out of town leads uphill to the Nellenburg ruins (only a few remains of the wall are hidden under undergrowth).
The avenue of columnar beech trees leading to the estate below the ruins is worth seeing.
