Yesterday we went across the Hiwwel from Alzey to Saulheim. The weather was perfect, pure sunshine with a pleasant pinch. Once you have climbed a Hiwwel, you will be rewarded with beautiful views of even more Hiwwel. Like an oasis in the desert, the Neuborn near Wörrstadt was just right for me. Truly

Comfortable round on Sunday.
I was in the Schillerhain for the first time and I have to say that I am really impressed. A wealth of well maintained and very well signposted hiking trails are ready to be discovered here. I was definitely not here for the last time!

The Rotenfels, the goose, the Rheingrafenstein and the Altenbamburg were all taken along in the beautiful Nahe valley. Partly almost alpine, it went over scree but also beautiful forest paths.

Very nice varied tour. Forestry work is currently taking place, so a few paths are closed! But there are enough ways around it.

On my hikes, I often came across the PW Blauer Balken long-distance hiking trail. So I thought about gradually exploring this path completely. Like many long-distance hiking trails, this one also leads a lot over asphalt and some villages.
