This is the first leg of my tour along the Neckar River this year. I took advantage of the DB discounted fare for my journey and drove to Frankenthal. I parked my car in the train station parking garage and picked it up again after the tour on May 1st for €24.50. It couldn't be cheaper.

On Saturday I cycled to the children's new apartment for the first time. In beautiful weather, I cycled from Fischeln to Gartenstadt right through Krefeld.
I will definitely do it again, especially since there are a whole range of alternative routes.
Next time I will also make a detour to Lake Elfrath.

This was my last leg of the Neckar River ride. Unfortunately, I only saw the confluence with the Rhine from a distance, as the last part of the route was closed. To make matters worse, crossing the Rhine from Mannheim to Ludwigshafen required crossing the Kurt Schumacher Bridge. According to the tour
