Fairly quiet route at the start but a slope halfway through which is quite steep and very slippery with the schist stones. Be vigilant and well equipped to cover the 500m of fairly steep gradients.

Flat course, a bit gloomy for the first few kms, stifling heat, bring enough water in summer when the temperature is high. The arrival at the swings is earned by crossing a rather nice suspension bridge and a climb with fairly steep steps, but the magnificent view at the finish is worth the effort...
