Varied tour.
Through the city on bike paths, some side streets to Heidelberg / Neuenheim. A little bit along the mountain road, where it goes steadily uphill towards Handschuhsheim. From here it goes through the forest up to the White Stone. You don't necessarily need a mountain bike on the forest trails

The Wetterau is right in front of Frankfurt, very beautiful landscape. Lots of small villages. So if you like that, you should definitely take a look. Small drawback on this tour is the B 45.
