The weather are good for once so I'm trying to run. And it seems that ramadhan run is NOT for me. I'm VERY thirsty and my throats burn. Not a fun experience

Nice weather I'm having rn so I decided to run. It's fine, except that I got a GERD in the middle of it. Still managed to finish on pace 7 though

Finally the weather let up. The sunset is amazing. After running for 4k my ribs hurts??? It's the place that I least expect, I guess that's what you get for skipping a run for a week 🤷♂️

8k 15kg Rucking
Trying out the 8k route with the usual weight. I really need to distribute the weight, 15kg on the back alone is starting to hurt on a long distance. Note to self : Carry some cash in case I need to buy water
