Nice and very easy ring, suitable for everyone, about 2 hours for a total of 5.30 km.
The route winds along paths through the woods and some stretches of asphalt road.
There are no difficult sections, it is truly suitable for everyone.

A fairly simple but suggestive circular route.
The most challenging part is the climb and descent from Menegosa, being full of rocks and stone slabs, in humid weather it is easy to slip.
From Mount Lama there is a spectacular view and there are plenty of tables and spots to have a picnic in peace.

A nice route, with a detour between Camogli and San Rocco that made us slightly longer but the show was fantastic.
