Schedule: Yesterday's vibrant and illuminated city bids us farewell today with rain. Somewhat reluctantly, we put on our rain jackets and overshoes. They weren't needed anymore 😜 But we're looking forward to the route that crosses the Rennsteig Trail and will take us back to our Franconian homeland

A cool wind is blowing from the west this morning. It looks like rain – but it'll stay dry for now. We continue on our route, heading for Magdeburg. During the night, it rained and gusted windy on and off, sometimes quite heavily. In the morning, it was okay, so we packed everything and set off for Kalvehave. We bought breakfast at the local mini-supermarket and found a covered spot near the harbormaster's office 😄👍☕

Copenhagen welcomed us with sunshine, said goodbye with rain 😎 We're really happy that we got to experience the city in beautiful weather 🙃 We immediately put on our rain jackets and overshoes and plunged into the dripping water 😉 The appropriate saying is: Rain is just liquid sunshine 😜 ... 10 Danish

After a morning photo session with a swim in the sea, we enjoy the sumptuous breakfast buffet ☕ we can even sit outside in the sun 😎 However, we are warned about the aggressive seagulls, which will steal everything from your plate if you're not careful 🙃 The Hotel Marienlyst is highly recommended

FINALE!
The night was comparatively cool – but dry. I had to get out twice during the night (😜): a starry sky 🙃🌌 that gives me hope for a great and sunny last stage 👍 after all, we set off in perfect weather – so we want to come back in just as good conditions 😎 the route runs along beautiful bike
