An diesem Tag ging es von Köln nach Neuss. Auf herrlich schattigen Wegen , was bei knappen 30 Grad sehr angenehm war, ging es es wieder zum Teil entlang des Rheins nach Neuss.

Der zweite Tag der NRW Tour führte uns mit 1298 anderen Fahrradbegeisterten am Rhein entlang durch den Kölner Westen.

Rudelradeling extreme....Radtour NRW Tag 1 von Leverkusen nach Köln
Heute war der erste Tag der NRW Radtour rund um Köln. Eine Tour mit ca. 1500 Menschen ist schon eine Herausforderung... ein großes Lob an dieser Stelle an die Polizei, die uns sicher geleitet hat und gelassen und sehr professionell so manchen verärgertrn Autofahrer gehandelt hat.👏👏

...and another very nice tour organized by the Emsdetten Tourist Association. It started in Reckenfeld. Via Nordwalde and Borghorst, we went through the castle park, through Hollich, then through the Borghorster Venn past the Füchten gliding airfield. We then went through Emsdetten, through Hollingen

Yesterday we rode the Emsdetten Tourist Association's Teuto and Canal Tour. We started in Hembergen, following a beautiful forest route through Elte and the Elter Dunes Nature Reserve to Bevergern and the wet triangle. We returned along a beautiful bike path in Ibbenbüren, via Dörenthe and Saerbeck

On Easter Monday, I took a short stroll through the Westerstede countryside with my family. Worth mentioning was a well-developed cycle path that reminded me strongly of the Münsterland cycle path.

Today, in the best weather, we rode the Emsdetten Tourist Association's lake and saltworks tour. We took the Münsterland cycle path towards Rheine. From there, we rode along the Ems. A route we didn't know before. Then we rode along Haddorfer See and Oflumer See back to Detten. A tour that invites you to follow.
