Two of my three favorite hometrails are already history. I drove the third one for the last time today, as the clearing work is already in progress there too. I hate bark beetle 😑

The first half was very easy except for the Antfeld/Altenbüren climb. After the Möhnesee there were some complications, as the paths in Komoot fell victim to the bark beetle and hundreds of cubic meters of wood had better arguments for a detour than I did. There was also a lousy 1km giant nettle trail
