Route via the Divatte on the way there - which I preferred - and via the right bank of the Loire on the way back after a detour via Saint Julien de Concelles.
The bridges of Thouaré are beautiful to see but not pleasant to cross in the absence of cycle paths and with the flow of vehicles.

Tour from east to west along the boulevards passing through the outer streets. Climbs, descents, improbable passages. A good view of the variety of the city and the views.

Outward route to test the paths to cross Haute-Goulaine outside the departmental roads. Apart from a rather pedestrian section, it goes well. The port of the Château de Goulaine offers a beautiful view of the marshes. Return via the villages.

Tour from Nantes passing along the Divatte then the Goulaine marshes to reach the Butte de la Roche (breathtaking view of the vineyards, the marshes and Nantes). Less pleasant return via Haute and Basse Goulaine with a large portion of departmental road after the Pont de l'Ouen (route to be improved!)

Tour of the boulevards and districts of Nantes from West to East, passing through the small streets. It goes up, it goes down, it's varied. You can come across beautiful viewpoints.

Journey along the Loire to Clémentine Island. With a detour via a bicycle shop near the Thouaré road and discovery of a concrete structure between a bunker and a flying saucer, next to a small pond.
Clémentine Island is prohibited for bicycles but is worth the detour on foot between the wild Loire and

Loop from Nantes via Rezé along the Jaguère to arrive at the Parc de la Filée. Return via the Sorinières along the market gardens and via the small streets and paths. A mountain bike portion but passable VTC VAE towards the end to return to the ring road towards Nantes

Nature trail on the way out, crossing the Dundalk park then following the Jaguère almost to the ring road.
Return via the Ragon and La Houssais districts with a break in the pretty Balinère park.
