Day 3 is our "rest day"...
So we left the big parties on Koningsdag in the city center behind and preferred to do a "small" tour in the outskirts of Amsterdam. Of course with empty cargo bikes and in turbo gear 😅.

The most beautiful piece came at the end: always lying on the dike in the most beautiful sunshine. 🌞 We took a break in Wijk near Duurstede and ended up in the middle of rush hour. 😉 I've never seen a deep fried kibbeling this big.

Fietsten door Amsterdam: gruwelijk. 😶 You always have to be careful that you are not run over by other cyclists. It feels like red at every intersection, you can drive around the curve with the cargo bikes practically on a beer mat and once you stand, it is damn hard to get the bakfiets up and running

A great tour. By the way, the canal we tied along is the AmsterdamRijn Kanaal. It was pretty foggy in the morning, but in the afternoon the ☀ actually came out.
