Am vielleicht letzten warmen Sommertag in diesem Jahr ging‘s wieder mal aufs Wasser. Zunächst wurde von Habkirchen nach Reinheim zur Einstiegsstelle gewandert. Rund fünf hügelige Kilometer später und einer kleinen Essenspause legten wir unsere Packrafts ins kühle Nass und paddelten los. Einige Eisvögel, Graureiher, Kormorane und Greifvögel konnten wir sehen. Und ich lernte, dass Blindschleichen gute Schwimmerinnen sind! Überhaupt mal einer zu begegnen ist ja schon rar, aber dann noch im Fluss - Hammer 🫶 So ein Tag im Boot ist einfach großartig ❤️

Heute ging es nach längerer Pause mal wieder zu zweit auf Tour: es wurde die Traumschleife Cloefpfad! Ich liebe diese Gegend sehr - sie ist wild, bergig und wunderbar. An Abwechslung mangelt es nicht: egal ob Panoramen, urige Wälder oder die Anwesenheit von Wasser - hier ist für jede:n etwas dabei. Wer mag, kann bei nicht mal 10 km unterwegs lecker schmausen und dabei die einzigartige Landschaft genießen. Heute, an einem Sonntag im August, war es aber an der Cloef ziemlich voll: Wer das nicht so mag, der sollte vorher in den Veranstaltungskalender schauen. Hatten wir versäumt :D So geleitete uns zu Beginn fesche Blasmusik, die erst nach ein paar hundert Metern abklang :D Nichts desto trotz, ein herrlicher Weg und absolut empfehlenswert! 😍

Endlich wieder Sommer! Und ab auf's Wasser 🥰💦 Das Gute in Schoden ist ja, dass es hier auch trotz wenig Regen fast immer geht. Zumindest mit dem Packraft war es bislang nie ein Problem. Hatte heute auch noch Premiere und bin mit dem Zug gekommen. Das klappt ausgesprochen gut! Ist zu empfehlen 👍

Finally summer again! And off we go on the water 🥰💦 The good thing about Schoden is that it almost always works, even despite a little rain. At least with the packraft, it's never been a problem. Today was my first time, and I arrived by train. It works really well! Highly recommended 👍

Rodalben isn't far from our home, making it a little hiking gem almost on our doorstep 😍 Five years ago, I hiked the rocky trail here alone in two stages with a tent, and today I'm repeating it with my partner 🫶 I divided the total route of around 45 km into three stages and booked us accommodation

On Easter Sunday, I went out with the tent again 🏕😍 The trekking camps have been open since April and offer legal camping in the middle of nature. The weather was great, and I was in a really good hiking mood 🥾 Being outside is simply priceless 🥰🌱🙏

With three degrees and a bit of sunshine, I was drawn to my favorite paddling route. The 10 km or so from Niedaltdorf to Siersburg had the perfect water level and were very calm. Lots of kingfishers, grey herons and cormorants crossed my path, and I could even see beaver tracks on three trees. I'm still
