The old practice loop
Banana, few dried apricots and an espresso. What felt like a constant headwind from the north/ northeast all the way to Stone Cross / Aldington turning. Despite that , felt good, did the few inclines in the big cog which is promising. Good to be out

(New Tyres fitted) Hythe, Hamstreet and back

Bit of a head wind all the way across to Folkestone which was a bit annoying but managed to get a pretty good avg cadence which I'm happy with. Cappuccino time ☕🚴🏻♂️
