The three of us actually wanted to walk the sculpture trail from Schanze to Bad Berleburg, but since no one could take us there, we just wanted to do a circular route. When we got to the trail, there were so many people out and about that we used Komoot and looked for a new route through the forest

Day 32 of rehab... today we participated in a wild herb tour... this was about edible herbs along the way... in total we were out and about for 1 hour in bright sunshine, 1 degree plus outside temperature and icy wind, around the Rothaarklinik... as I said, very interesting all around, but icy cold... it was still beautiful

Day 30 of rehab: wonderful weather and a slightly wistful farewell mood among the four of us, as three of us are leaving the rehab clinic next week. So today we went shopping, had a coffee on the trail, and hiked back...

This evening, on the 29th day of rehab, we treated ourselves to a guided tour of Bad Berleburg's old town... it lasted a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes, not including the breaks with Komood's presentations about the most interesting spots in the old town. Day 29 of rehab. Today we skipped the weight room workout and instead went out with our poles... the weather was simply wonderful, and even the cold wind had calmed down to a bearable level... we had a lot of fun, and that's always the most important thing.

Day 23 of rehab in Bad Berleburg... after 2 very strenuous days of rehab... we had an urgent need... to quickly get out into nature and finally find some peace and quiet... so off into the forest... accompanied by the birdsong, we then took a great walk through the forest and had some great viewpoints

Day 34 of rehab... and the end is in sight... Today we weren't in the mood for Nordic walking, so we went for a hike in the area surrounding the clinic... The air was still very cold, but the icy wind wasn't blowing today, and it was wonderfully pleasant in the sun, despite the early hour...
