Today I went to see the heather bloom in Totengrund and up Wilseder Berg. The trails were very busy, so I didn't go to Undeloh, the center of heathland tourism. This extended the tour, and I was able to do a bit of road biking, which is fun sometimes 😉😁

Because the trip to Stahlbrode was a real challenge, and I definitely didn't want to go back, I followed the advice of other cyclists and took the Stahlbrode-Glewitz ferry on Rügen. That was a good decision, and I rode to Stralsund, from where I took the train home via Rostock and Hamburg without any problems.

Day 3 was a real scorcher of heat, but thanks to the beautiful tree-lined avenues, it was bearable. After setting up the tent, a dip in the lake got me back on track. Luckily, it was only a little over 70 km. The Zuruf campsite is highly recommended; they've thought of everything, even bike racks—everything is top-notch!
