Joli passage cote sud puis retour par zugarramurdi et le chemin des pottoks pour revenir aux grottes de Sare.

Boucle depuis Estebenea - retour le long de la rivière Infernuko
Balade décevante, ( à intérêt sportif dit mon mari). La montée est raide et après quelques centaines de mètres dans une belle futée sous la crête (km4,1), on redescend pour rejoindre l'infernako erreka (km 5.3). Tunnels de Meazuri - circuit par Pagogaña
Jolie balade en papillon qui permet de descendre dans la foret jusqu'aux tunnels, monter à Erlaitz pour la vue à 360°puis par les cretes de pagonaga où l'on marche sur du "gazon anglais". Tout se fait sur des chemins forestiers à part au niveau du pont (1,5km) sur 100m.

VTT Ibardin par ND de sokorri et rocher de la perdrix
Encore trop de bitume à mon goût (approche sans prendre la voiture) mais très belle montée vers Ibardin et surtout descente très sympa avec une très belle vue sur la Rhune. Nécessite une bonne batterie et de la pratique.

VTT LEs Eyzies Rouffignac
Une belle boucle en randonnée avec pas mal de passages en single dans les bois. Pas mal d'asphalte mais sur des petites routes.
Une difficulté au 13 km avec une montée bien bien raide. La suite vers Rouffignac est tres plaisante et ludique sans aucune difficulté.

Randonnée VTT en boucle avec quelques montées solides mais jamais longues.Tour globalement accessible pour qui fait du VTT regulierement.
Les 2 kms auvdepart doivent neanmoins être desormais evités car sentier interdit aux velos (seuls pietons). C'est en effet un peu étroit par endroit pour se croiser.

Very smooth route until the 34th km and then everything really goes wrong. Section marked blue S1 by komoot but at least S2 or more. Portage, short but very very steep sections in the rocks and a large part at the end on a path so narrow that sometimes our handlebars didn't fit. In addition to the rocks

Overall, a smooth mountain bike ride. Beautiful scenery. There are a few technical sections around the oratory above Orgon that can be daunting if you're not a mountain biker used to mountain trails. Do not take children or avoid these sections.

Three-quarters of the hike is accessible to all along forest paths. However, the descent at km 32 is technical. Steep, narrow, sometimes on a hillside, over rolling stones, with passages between boxwood trees that lacerate arms and legs.

A pleasant, easy loop, crossing the Gulf of Maussane and returning via the Alpilles Canal.

So much mud! The numerous ford crossings left us thoroughly soaked. There's a lot of water this winter in the mountains. But the trails are pleasant.
A very steep descent at the 20th km. Avoid if possible.

A hike that starts at the Pont de Prat power station and its historic cable car. The climb is through the forest with a few steep sections on a well-marked mountain path along a very bubbling torrent.
We come out into a suspended valley in which marmots hide. Don't hesitate to continue towards the bottom

This easy hike offers a tour halfway up the Col d'Azet. We walk on easy paths under the wild hazel trees that connect several beautifully restored barns. The tour is punctuated by the crossing of 2 Pla including that of Arsoué which is really charming. We heard the bellowing of the deer there. Perfect
