Took advantage of the spring weather. We’ve done this walk before, but we did change it slightly along the way. A lovely walk for a sunny afternoon.

A stunning area with a lot of trails to follow. I’ll definitely be exploring this area further. I also had some great views with the low lying clouds 👌🏼

A lovely stroll with the family before the rain moves in! They’ve really improved the area since my childhood, thanks to the wonderful volunteers.

Finally, a fine day for walking with my Dad and daughter around Hurstwood Reservoir. It’s a lovely area with lots of trails going off in all directions. Advised to go early as parking goes quickly at the weekend.

The front was lovely to walk down with the views of Liverpool, but once off the front and walking through the gardens, it was a big disappointment due to the amount of dog poo and litter. It really let the area down.

It was a challenging but rewarding hike to Alphin Pike. The views were amazing and the snow added to the scene. The views at the top were outstanding as I was lucky to have a clear day. I did get a little lost on the way down as I lost the path due to the thick snow but managed to get back on track. An area to explore further.

A lovely frosty walk it was around Grimwith Reservoir. We both enjoyed this one. The car park has ample parking which was a bonus too.
